Updated with new content

Things i added.
Timer text, health text, fence, flagpole, stones, watertower and stone well. also added water that flows. hard to see in teh game but it works somewhat. I try to explain int eh beginning of the games the rules. think i could make it clearer in gameplay like adding minus 100 points when blowing up a white house. 
Added more health so its easier to complete the level also gives more points.
